BQ51051B: Search for a transmitter compatible with the BQ51051B

Hi,

For a design, we use the receiver BQ51051B and unfortunaly we found out that the transmitter recommanded "bq500212A" is not recommanded for a new design. So i would like to know if you can recommand us some new transmitter.
If there is no transmitter compatible with the BQ51051, can you tell us an other transmitter and receiver with the same specifications?

Hi Stan

The BQ51051A will work with any Qi compatible transmitter, a number are available.

BQ500212A is NRND but not End of Life and will be available for sometime.

Is the unit designed in?

Okay but we can't find a transmitter without the tag NRND and we don't want to include a componants which needs to be change in near futur.

What do you mean by "sometime" ? in 2 years, 3 weeks ?

The unit is designed to be integrated, yes. We already have the receivers unit and we needs the transmitter.

Yes - All TI Wireless Power Transmitters are NRND. Regarding EOL (Obsolescence), see link below for TI Policy.

The BQ51051B meets the WPC standard and is compatible with transmitters available from other manufactures.
