Dillen,
This device is rated for 100mA, so it cannot support this application. TPS7A33 can support it.

Nick
Hi Dillen,
It is not recommended to operate at or beyond the current limit spec, this will degrade the performance of the device and can affect the reliability of the device as well.

Sorry, I'm little confused . you said This device is rated for 100mA. But I saw current limit is 200mA in DS. it didn't operate at or beyond the current limit spec
Hi Dillen,
Notice that for the current limit spec there is a minimum, typical and maximum value. This would imply that once the device enters current limit, it will limit the current to a value within the given range. Due to process variations and load conditions, this could be i.e 130mA or 150mA, therefore, if peak current is 173mA and average 130mA, then it is possible for the current limit circuit to engage.
The device is rated for 100mA normal operations. Therefore, from the current limit specs, any value above the 100mA to 320mA has the potential to operate at current limit.
Current limit is a protection feature; therefore, we recommend not operating under such conditions.
Best,
