TPS65132: I2C ACK, no response after small ball test

Hi team,

When my customer did a small ball test with the whole phone, then they found that the TPS65132 failed, showing no positive or negative bias output, read I2C ACK, no response.

Small ball test: ball weight 160g, strike height 16~25cm, the strike points are distributed in all positions on the fuselage and distributed equally. Begin the strike test when the video is playing with SD card (E.g. simulating a scenario where a key is stamped onto the whole machine)

Circuit diagram:

Fail probability: 1F/15 when testing, and then they changed the failed IC to another system, it still failed. (issue follows IC)

Could you help check the rationality of experiment with our TPS65132 and do you know the reason which may cause I2C ACK no response?
