TPSM82821: Allowable number of reflow and bottom side mounting

Hi team,

The allowable number of reflow for this module device is 3 times, right?

I read below white paper and I think the FAQ's answer can be applied to this device as well.

I also read below apprication note. Could you provide the MASS, MASS/A and MASS/P value for this device?

My customer need the valut to clalify if this device can be mounted on bottom side of the PCB.

    Hi Atsushi,

    Yes the module should be able to handle 3 reflows. The mass of the module is 11.1289 mg. The size of each pad is 0.25mm × 0.65mm. You can consider the area as total pad area (8 pads ×  0.25mm × 0.65mm) and the perimeter as (8 pads × 2 × (0.25mm + 0.65mm)). It shouldn't be a problem to mount it on the bottom of the PCB.
