TPS563210A: Issue during No Load.

Part Number: TPS563210A

We are running into an issue in our board where we are using LP87334D as PMIC and TPS563210 as pre regulator.

TPS563210 is giving high voltage and high ripple at no load. As per our design we know that it will go to Eco-Mode below 0.25A load but even in that case converter should give regulated output with reduced switching frequency. But as per the web bench simulations it is showing that frequency can be somewhere in 2KHz range for 1mA of load but surprisingly what we are getting is 21Hz and as ripple is very high voltage is going above 6V and this stops LP87334D to power up. Please see the waveform attached as well as schematic.

Can you please help us in this issue during no load. I feel there is no requirement of minimum load for this converter.
