CSD19537Q3: protection diode between G-S

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD19537Q3 does not include a gate-source protection diode. Normally, the G-S diode (single-ended or back-to-back) will be listed in the features and shown in the schematic illustration on page 1 of the datasheet. Please refer to the technical article in the first link below for more information on the ESD protection used in TI FETs. The second link is to an application note that includes links to all TI MOSFET technical collateral.
