Is there any particular problem if only Tab is mounted without pin 2 connected?
Are there any possible problems?

Hi Ryu,

Pin 2 is internally connected to Tab. We highly recommend to still tie them together in a PCB to avoid any potential issues. Is there a reason why Pin 2 is not being connected?

The reason for not connecting pin 2 is that product replacement occurs and there is no mounting pattern available for the pin 2 area.
