BQ27220: Deriving compensation parameters

Part Number: BQ27220
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCEDV

I'm using the BQ27220 State-of-Charge gauge for a single cell Li-ion application. Mentioned chip uses the CEDV algorithm to accurately predict SoC. How can I derive the compensation parameters - EMF, C0, R0, T0, R1, TC and C1 - used by CEDV for this specific battery? Can you specify a characterisation procedure?
(the battery manufacturer doesn't how to do this)
