TPS613221AEVM: TPS613221ADBTV Alternative with an enable pin?

Is there an alternative for the TPS613221A that adds an enable pin? I see some more complex converters that have an enable pin, but nothing that requires fewer components and is readily available like the TPS613221A.

Thanks Nathan-- VIN is a single NiMH cell (0.9-1.5V), IOUT is 40mA maximum, 15 mA average, and VOUT is 3.3V. I did find the TPS610994, which looks like it could be a good option.
