TPS62816-Q1: Reduce the overshoot and undershoot of SW node(Pin 3)

Hi Xuelong,

Switching node is quite sensitive to noise and it is recommended to keep small and away from the signal. Could you share the layout ? It can give understanding on it.

Another factor is the ground connection for measurements. It is good to keep this loop as small as possible.

Thanks for sharing the layout. It is good to have smaller SW node plane from IC to inductor. You can try to reduce the plane size.

It is also good to use the probe like following image for measurements to avoid large grounding loop.

This over/undershoot should not be problem, mostly it can be reduced by measuring technics and SW node plane.
