hi,

I have copied your design and its works fine ,but there is a random problem with the Q1 SI2325. 

In some cases it get damaged . 

What if gate 2 is disable, or any other suggestion to avoid this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

     TPS23754EVM-383 is active clamp forward converter. GAT2 is used to drive a P-channel MOSFET for Vds_off voltage clamp. And the P-channel MOSFET is better to be turned on at the clamp period since the magnetizing inductance current could go to negative. I think disabling GAT2 may affect the converter function and it is not recommended.

    Could you share your schematic to us and let us see if there is any potential issue for the Q1 problem?
