Hello Nikolett,

I will have to confirm the resistance values in the lab which I will be able to do tomorrow. I will be able to provide the typical resistance as measured on the bench but I am not sure I can determine the minimum resistance by measurement. For the A-Q1 part I assume we are looking at the DDA package pin out.

I have some bench measurements of the UCC27201ADDAQ1 as you requested. Since these are bench measurements they will be typical values.

Hello Nikolett,

For the LI and HI to ground resistance, there is a parameter in the datasheet, RIN that is 200K typical and 100K Ohms minimum. I think the 100K will be a good number for these minimum resistances. For the driver outputs to VSS or HS, I am not sure honestly. With the driver VDD and HB-HS unpowered it should be high resistance as shown in my typical measurements.
