If we putting the TPS IC from bad board to good one board. It is working satisfactory.
However we have narrowed down the problem to parasitic at RL4 due to ringing effect of MOSFET.
So by changing R5 resistance from 1K to 1.8K. We are not observing pulses at TP74. Can you confirm whether our hypothesis is fine & there is no problem with TPS IC? PFA
