When evaluating the TPS65023 or TPS65023B device using their respective evaluation module the most up to date software tool to help with register configuration is IPG-UI, which can be found on TI.com and linked here: IPG-UI EVM GUI.
The USB2ANY adapter board is required to communicate between the IPG-UI software and the TPS65023EVM-205 or TPS65023BEVM-664 hardware.
