I'm considering using this Isolated switch driver for our new designs. can you provide me more information, regarding the diffrence in perfomence for driving VDDP 3.3 volt supply VS driving VDDP 5 volt supply.

Welcome to E2E and thank you very much for reaching out to us with these questions.
Essentially with a 5V supply TPSI3052 will receive more power to be transfer across the isolation barrier and capable of achieving higher switching frequencies than when using a 3.3V supply. The two tables below were extracted from the calculator tool which is available to assist you when using the TPSI305x devices in your design.
