Could you let me know the IF forward current rating and VF forward voltage rating of the body-diode of the internal FET of TPS16630?

    Hi Koshi Ninomiya,

    The forward voltage is in the range 0.5V to 0.7V. The body diode of internal MOSFET is not expected to support high current for long duration. It should be able to handle ~6A for short duration (<10 us) and small current (< 100mA) for long duration.
