Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25750
The link for the gui config tool for this part appears to be broken: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/info/1769824/TPS25750_Application_Customization_Tool
Where can I download the tool to check it out?
Thank you

Hi Eric,
Can you try this link and see if it works: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/USBPD/TPS25750_Application_Customization_Tool/ver/7.0.4/
Thanks and Regards,
Raymond Lin
Well. That link tries. But it asks me to install TI cloud manager which is already installed and in my browser bar. I tried to download and install it again but it starts asking me to run fsutil to modify my drive and... that's a little too much to download a file.
Hi Eric,
Can you check and make sure you're login on ti.com first and then re-try opening the GUI through the link on our product page?

I went and got admin privileges, then changed my file system to enable 8dot3 and it finally installed. That's a crazy requirement. Now it kind of runs but it's incredibly slow (I'm on my own fiber link).
Hi Eric,
This is the most up-to-date link for the online GUI: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/info/USBPD/TPS25750_Application_Customization_Tool
The link you initially used is an outdated link, please use the link posted above moving forward for any configuration use. If the GUI continued to be slow, try clearing cache/cookie and disconnect hardware (if PD isn't connected) from the GUI webpage.
Thanks and Regards,
Raymond Lin
No hardware connected here. It's something with the APP. As soon as I go into advanced configuration mode and try to set the GPIOs, each click on a GPIO takes 20-25 seconds to open up an item then again the same to try to click on it. I have the same results in firefox and chrome. Is there a non-web version of this app? This seems unusable.
Hi Eric,
This is the only version of the GUI we have, I'll check with the GUI designer to see if there's any methods to improve the web-tool performance.
Thanks and Regards,
Raymond Lin
Hi Eric,
According to the GUI designer:
"The GUI performance is highly dependent on the brown and performance characteristics of the PD it's executed on. Currently we do not have a non-web version of this GUI to configure the TPS25750 but we are working on improvements that are coming next year. "
Thanks and Regards,
Raymond Lin
