Hi Experts,

Could you please share the Functional Safety FIT rate document (based on IEC 62380 / ISO 26262) ?

And customer want the Mission Profile is on Motor Control of IEC 62380.

    The FIT is currently not available. Why does the customer need this?

    My customer is Tier1. They said, they should do several verification with their woking sample board. That kind of document is needed to arrange the test environment.

    Hi

    TPS51200A is not designed based on the ISO26262 but it is is function safety capable.

    As for the FIT rate, we do not have it.

    Please submit formal request for this and we need assign resource to generate. before we can share with customers, the document also need be reviewed by the proper TI team.

    So it  would take quite time to process this and this is holiday season and please manage the expectation.
