LP5890: Timing Chart

Part Number: LP5890

Hi team,

Do we have timing charts of R0 - R15, G0 - G15 and B0 - B15?

Do we have a timing chart of LINE0 - LINE15?

Best regards,

Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Shunsuke,

Could you specify what kind of timing chart do you need? Could you give me more details?

    Best Regards,

    Steven

  • Hi Steven-san,

Thank you for your reply, and I apologize for my less information.

My customer would like to know the delay between LINE0 and R0, G0 and B0. For example, After we turn on LINE0, R0, G0 and B0 is also turned on. But the datasheet didn't list how much the delay exists between LINE0 and R0, G0 and B0.

    Best regards,

    Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Shunsuke-san,

    That's all right.

Regarding your question, I will talk with our design team and give you an answer tomorrow.

By the way, could you email me more detailed information about this project so that I can make a better suggestion?

    Best Regards,

    Steven

  • Hi Steven-san,

    Thank you for your information.

Sorry for the confusion, there is only this information.

    Do you have any update?

    Best regards,

    Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Shunsuke-san,

Thanks for your reminding. I apologize for the delay. I am now drawing the illustration that you need. I will reply to you ASAP.

    BR,

    Steven

  • Hi Shunsuke-san,

Sorry for the delay. Please refer to the below figure and notes:

    Notes:

    • The line transition will happen within the LINE_SWT x GCLK time period (the scan line switch time).
    • Line n+1 will turn on after line n turns off.
    • GRP_DLY_R, GRP_DLY_G, GRP_DLY_B are register bit field settings (in FC0) that set the red, green and blue group delay.
    • LINE_SWT is the register bit field setting (in FC1) that sets the scan line switch time.

Please let me know if I make anything unclear.

BTW, could you email me more detailed information about this project so that I can make a better suggestion?

    Best Regards,

    Steven
