LM5017: Low side current limit

I'm currently designing a fly-buck based on a LM5017.

My main question is about the low side switch. Do we have to take care of a low side current limit (like in the LM5160) ? Should it be like the high side one (limit min at 700mA) ?
If it has to be controlled, could you confirm the formula to use is (found in snva790a, equation 1)

If a third and a fourth winding are present, I suppose N3/N2*Iout3 and N4/N1*Iout4 should be added (multiplied by the common factor term 2D/(1-D) ).

My second question is about the use of a fly-buck to generate high voltage (200V, 10mA). I do not see limitation for that.
