HI expert,

Do you have any date for the acceptable power loss vs Ta of TLV733P-Q1 WSON-6 package?

TLV733P(none Q1) has similar data in the datasheet. However, TLV733P(none Q1) don't have WSON-6 package.

    Hi Mukuno-San, 

    This can actually be estimated using Tj=Ta +(Rja*Pd), where we can solve for Ta(max) -> Ta(max)= Tj(max)- (Rja*Pd).

    I went ahead and replicated the plot for TLV733P (none Q1) and added TLV733P-Q1 in  DRV (WSON-6):

    This is an estimate, and the curve can vary depending on the board layout as Rja will change with PCB layout design.
