Hi Siddhi,
It seems that the switching loop is not optimized. The switching loop includes SW(in the chip), diode and output capacitor.
it is recommended to minimize the loop, just like below:
In current PCB, the output capacitor is too far from the chip and there will be more parasitic inductance within the path that may cause switching spike.
Other components are ok, just pay attention to minimize the switching loop.
