BQ25890: Questions of BQ25890

Part Number: BQ25890

Dear Team,

1. I am currently using BQ25890 to design charging products, and I found that there is a problem that the charging current cannot be charged. I would like to ask if there are other matters that need to be paid attention to or where there can be adjustments?

At this stage, the R222 resistance is pulled from 75 ohm to 118 ohm, and the set value is pulled up for the current limit, but there is still no obvious effect.

The test condition is to plug in a 500mA / 1A / 2A source to monitor the charging current, but it is found that only the 500 mA charging source can charge to the required current, and the remaining 1A and 2A will be pulled down.

2. In addition, I would like to ask if there are factors that need to be paid attention to in the selection of batteries?

Many Thanks,

Jimmy
