I've checked the TUSB1046A-DCI and USB specs and couldn't find any reason why PD resistor is needed.
Where in the TUSB1046A-DCI and USB specifications did you find that you needed a PD resistor? can you tell me that.
(I couldn't find the reason I needed 2Mohm.
TUSB1046 spec just write "SBU1. This pin should be DC coupled to the SBU1 pin on the Type-C receptacle. A 2-M ohm resistor
to GND is also recommended."
And also, input AUXP/N have 100kohm Pu/Pd that's why I don't know why need 2M ohm.
Perhaps it is necessary because the TUSB1046 was not powered and there was an Aux connection from the TypeC connector?)
