Hi,

For TPS631000, please see the picture below.

For TPS63027, the cut off voltage is 0.4V

Hi,

For TPS631000, the max for VT+ is 1.2V. Can I apply 1.8V CMOS logic here?

I am still not clear for TPS63027.

In both the cases can I apply 1.8V CMOS logic to EN??

Hi Urimi,

correct, both of them can apply 1.8V to EN to enable the device.
