Hi,
This is regarding the BUCK IC. Our requirement is as follows:
Input = 6-42V
Output = 5V, 3A
Ambient temperature = 90degC
Operating Junction Temperature = 150degC
I tried finding from TI website & got MPN - LM76003RNPR, but in this IC the data given is for recommended operating junction temperature 125degC.
Refer below image for reference. Can you please confirm the recommended operating junction temperature for M.PN - LM76003RNPR.
If you have any other part which is best suitable for above requirement. Please suggest & reply ASAP.
