TPS61165: Low temperature failure

Part Number: TPS61165

TPS61165 used 5V to 20V in the previous product, and there was no problem in the high and low temperature test, but now it is changed to 12V to 20V. It is found that it fails at low temperature and is normal at room temperature;

1. When the temperature is below - 5 ℃ and the brightness is 50%, it starts to flash;

2. The inductor has tried 2.2uH, 0.68uH, 0.47uH, 0.33uH, but the problem has not been solved;

3. The screen has been tested, but it is not a screen fault;

The schematic diagram is as follows. Please help analyze the problem?

    Hi,

    I have a few questions:

    1. Is the "issue board" the same one with the previous boards with 5V to 20V? So can I understand you only changed the input voltage?

    2. Do you have waveforms such as output voltage, LED current, SW.....This will help to analyze the root cause.

    3. Does this flickering only occur with 50% brightness? Could it stay normally even with 49% or 51% brightness?
