What is the time threshold for output open circuit fault detection of TPS92520-Q1?
In other words, how long can an output open circuit fault state be maintained to ensure that it will be detected?
What's more, I understand that the device response to open circuit can be categorized into three distinct cases, will the detection time threshold be different in these three cases?
