Hi Roy,

You mean that you just connect the four pins 'VBUS CC1 CC2 GND', right? And the VBUS is 5V, but no charge current, right?

The diagram what you show is ok, but I don't know why the phone don' t draw the current.

Could you please share your schematic to me?
