UCD90120: UCD90120 not getting detected in I2C by Fusion GUI

Hello, We are able to detect the device in ROM mode. I have the xml file. Attached images have the error information from the tool.

We are seeing 0V on the address pins of the UCD90120 device. There should be some non-zero voltage on the pins as given in Table 5 of UCD90120 device datasheet.

how to proceed from this?
