BQ25792: BQ25792 communicate issue

Hi

I have a query need your help.

The host configures BQ25792 through IIC to read voltage and other information.

The battery and MCU are not powered off. Every time the adapter is connected and disconnected, the IIC will fail to read.

How to recover? What is the reason?

    Hi Star,

    I have never heard of this issue. How are the pullups for the I2C lines being provided?  What are the voltages?  Can you provide a waveform of SDA/SCL signals when the communications works and when it doesn't?
