TPS548D22: About OVP delay

Part Number: TPS548D22

Hi Team,

When I am reading about OVP delay, the table below indicates the delay is 1us for OVP delay 100mV OD

Does it mean that when FB voltage is 120% above the reference, it needs to stay at 120%VREF+100mV for 1us to trigger OVP? What is the full description of "OD"?

OD is short for Over-Drive.  It means that the 1μs delay is measured at FB = 1.2x Vref + 100mV

The over-drive for the test is provided because the propagation delay of analog signals through comparators depends heavily on their over-drive,

To test the threshold, a very slow rising FB voltage is used to accurately detect the threshold voltage without being affected by the propagation delay.

To test the delay, 100mV is added to that threshold.  At lower over-drive levels, the delay could be longer, in micro-seconds, but OVP will still trigger.
