Hi team,
In the past I have experienced output overshoot when EN toggled Low to High while residual charge on the output.
Could you advise if TPS7B81-Q1(8133) behaves the same or it keeps output within target ouput voltage?
regards,

Hi Tsuji-san,
This is not normally tested, so we don't have data for this condition. There is an EVM available for this device so I recommend testing with the EVM.

Nick
Hi Nick-san,
Could you please measure the behavior of pre biased start up using EVM with my other reequests as below?
regards,
Hi Tsuji-san,
What is the pre-bias level? Also, can I assume that the input is still powered during the whole test? If not, the device can be subject to a reverse voltage condition that could potentially damage the device.
Regards,
Nick
Hi Nick-san,
Sorry for the late response.
Input is powered all the time, just toggle EN pin ON --> Off --> ON.
No specific pre-bias level. Please test it close to 3.3V, 2V and 1V.

Hi Tsuji-san,
Here are the bench results. There was no overshoot detected.

Nick
