I am looking for a Bidirectional Current Controller for DC-DC converter (buck and boost) whose High side/Low side output current can be controlled by input signal/command. I know LM5170 is well capable to do that. But, as far as I know, it has a limitation 500KHz maximum switching frequency. I am planning to use GaN switches for the converter and want to operate them in MHz Is there any alternatives of LM5170 which can be operated in MHz?
