I am using Bq2019 for coulumb counting along with its "Bq2019 battery monitor" user interface software. Now i have problem in current offset calibration. As indicated in datasheet I want to "OFFSET CALIBRATION SCREEN" in software, & checked "COMPEN BIT" & "CALREQ BIT", both separately & waited for calibration to be completed by observing "CALOK BIT", but it didn't get cleared.
Another problem which I faced is its current counter register automatically starts counting even if there is no current flowing through the ckt. Is it due to offsets which I have to calibrate first? Or it is other problem.
