Hi Team,

I am looking for Integrated Isolated gate driver and Isolated Power Supply. As i was looking for TPSI3052-Q1 Part like that any similar part with Input Voltage 15V is available to drive SiC MOSFET. 

Are any other Component To drive the 1700V SiC Mosfet with Input isolated power supply of 15V. 

Kindly, help out finding the part that will be helpful ASAP.

    Hi, Suma,

    We don't have a single chip to do this that can switch at high-frequency. For DC applications, we have parts like the TPSI3052-Q1.

    We have many different ways to attack this problem using two chips.

    We have many different chips that can generate an isolated bias supply.  We have many different isolated gate drivers.

    If you can give us some more information about your application, we can suggest a good combination for you. For example, do you need features like Miller Clamp, DESAT, feedback across the isolation barrier?

    You can also look at www.ti.com/gatedrivers to get an idea for all the variations we have. You can filter by isolated gate drivers to limit how many are shown.

    Thank you for your support. Can i get Isolated power supply for this gate driver UCC5350-Q1.

    With below Specification 

    Input Supply=15V

    Output Supply=15V

    Without special function it should be automotive qualified part.

    SMD Part.

    Kindly, suggest some part that will be helpful.
