BQ2970: OVP Voltage 4.45V

The customer want to choose one Protector, whose OPV >4.45V;

I see Factory Device Configuration: 3.85 V to 4.60 V in 50-mV steps. But I did not find specific device number.

So, What Factory Device Configuration means?

    Hello Fabio, 

    The BQ297xy family (w/ Low Side FET drivers) is able to be OTP programmed in-factory to achieve anything within the range of 3.85V-4.6V in 50mV steps for OVP.  The "xy" part is a placeholder number but not an actual OPN. 

    Please be aware of our similar product BQ298x family (w/High-Side Driver)  which may have a suitable OVP for the customer. If the customer is not too concerned between Low-Side FET drive or High-Side FET drive topology I would recommend you take a look at BQ298x offerings.
