TPS65131RGE - Can a TI engineer please give us some clue as to why our -9V is ~0.8V? We've experimented with a number of values of R81 with no effect.
Adding layout if it offers any clues. We are completely stumped. Beyond that, all we did was modify our last design by adding R81 per the evm which works there. Baffled.
Adding entire power supply schematic for all elements involved. Note that removing load from TPS65131 had no effect -- the neg was still wrong.
