In UCC27282 datasheet, The delay time of VHI rising to VHO rising is 30ns max,but in my testing ,the dalay time is 174ns,
Channel 2 tested at pin7, and there is no RC delay.
channel3 tested at mosefet Gate-source.
I also check oscilloscope and probe,they are no problem.
I don't understand why the delay time is musch longer than the SPEC. please confim. thanks!
