TPS61099: Layout Question

Hi Team,

ON BGA layout.

It says to do this layout where the GND is VIA’d to a large GND plane on bottom side. Understood.

I do have large GND on bottom side, but I also have top side flooded with GND.

Can I let the GND in power circuit flow into large GND plane on top side, or should I isolate it and anchor to bottom plane only?
