BQ76930: Discrepancy in Maximum internal cell balancing current Icb value

Hi,

I observed that Max Icb value is 70mA for BQ76920 and 5 mA for BQ76930 & BQ76940 (Page No 8 in the datasheet). I just wanted to confirm if this values are correct.

But then, in 8.3.1.3.3 Cell balancing, datasheet mentions, 50mA current for the device (Page no 24 in the datasheet)

So is the 50mA correct value for BQ76930 and BQ76940 or the datasheet has typo?

Please let me know what is the correct value.

The 5-mA current is accurate for the BQ76930 and BQ76940 since the input resistors must be large due to the device architecture. We typically see customers use MOSFETs for external cell balancing for these two devices due to this limitation.
