UCD90120: Device getting detected on TI EVM but has error later

Part Number: UCD90120
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD90SEQ64EVM-650

Hi Experts, We received 20 devices with package marking TI 28I CJEH G4.

I am able to program multiple times the 1st device with TI Fusion 2.0.179. NVRAM programming is happening multiple times on the device and sequencer is working as expected.

When i put a fresh device i get below error.

An error occured while trying to detect a PMBus device. The error was:
Error creating device UCD90120: Failed to create device UCD90120 object at address 101: Error reading NUM_PAGES: NACK. Can not continue configuring the attached device as a UCD90120 at TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(ai A_0, IEnumerable`1 A_1, ar A_2) at TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(ak A_0) at TIDP.PMBus.WinForms.Forms.a.n0()
Please check your device firmware, power, and USB connection.

I am using UCD90SEQ64EVM-650.

This is with the Fusion Design Online.

Can you please help.

thanks, Abhijit
