The undershoot of the waveform measured at the VSW pin meets the Absolute Maximum Ratings "VSW to PGND (10 ns) min -7V" of -7V, but not 10ns.

I understood the datasheet absolute maximum value to mean that the device should not go below -7 V for more than 10 ns.
