Hello Team,
our customer is using the UCC27712-Q1 to drive an IGBT with 170nC. Which means a load of 10nF for our gate driver at 15V.
For this purpose we need an additonal chart for VDD/HB showing operating current with 10nF load. Do we have data for this?
Same as shown in our datasheet
