Hi Experts,
Referring to the datasheet, it appears that a 10BIT RESOLUTION is possible with about 0.1% duty tuning.
In my opinion, it will not turn on when actually tuning 0.1% due to the MLCC effect on the application.
Please check what is the minimum duty that can actually be lit (conditions where FAULT is not detected).
Based on the circuit diagram, both ends of the LED MLCC & GND MLCC: Apply 0.01uF.
