    Thank you for reaching out! We do not have this information available for UCC27201A-Q1, but we do have Pin FMA data available for UCC27211A-Q1 on the product folder page: Link. If you go under the technical documentation section, you can find an article for functional safety related information that includes Pin FMA data.

    UCC27211A-Q1 is pin-to-pin compatible with UCC27201A-Q1, but offers some performance improvements (for example, faster switching characteristics and increased drive strength).
