My customer is considering REF5050AIDG4 as alternative to ADR4550ARZ-R7 and has a question.

We are considering using the REF5050AIDG4 as an alternative to the ADR4550ARZ-R7.
These devices differ in the functionality of pins 3 and 5.
Is it possible to use REF5050 pins 3 and 5 open?
As far as the data sheet is concerned, there seems to be no problem with releasing it,
Are there any design recommendations ?
