TPS61021A: Output Current to low

Hello everyone

If been using the TI TPS61021A Boost converter to drive an LED with Vin=1.5V

Im trying to boost the 1.5V to 3.6V with Iout=1A

I have done a hardware test setup and without load I have the 3.6V that I want. When I connect a load, I do not get more Output current then 250mA.

Can someone answer me, why I cant get Iout=1A?

My schematic:

LED: Vf=3V @ 600mA

What's the output voltage of TPS61021A when output current larger than 250mA?

Can you try with other types of load like CR load or CC load to see if you can get more output current than 250mA? Thanks.
