Hello, 

What is the charge pump frequency? 

If the charge pump is enabled (I don't want to disable it), what are your recommendations for reducing the noise?

    Hi Fabien,

    In the event that you want to reduce the charge pump noise, you can add a secondary LC filter after the Cout capacitor.  A ferrite bead or inductor can be used.  This can slightly decrease the load transient performance of the LDO, unfortunately.  Thus, use a bias rail so you do not need to enable the charge pump for best performance on the output.
