Hi,

Now we are using UCC27712-Q1 for motor driver (three phase).

Refer to the recommended layout as follow:

For three phase inverter application, three UCC27712-Q1 are used.

As the ground of MCU and the power of IGBT are common, based on layout above,

system ground and power ground cannot meet the single point grounding.

For this point, will there be a power current interference to the signal side.

I don't quite understand your question. Can you rephrase it?

Why can't the system ground and power ground connect to a single point?

In the event that you can't connect the ground to a single point, I recommend that you connect the grounds to a single large ground plane.

Refer to layout above, power gnd and signal gnd will be connected in three points.

Hello.

Are you referring to split grounds? This part has split grounds built in.

For this part, the grounds will have to connect together somewhere. There are multiple methods to reduce power line noise though. You can use an inductor, a choke, or a capacitor to reduce the noise.
